The question that matters about a system like this is not what it can do. It is what it will not do alone. Elvar answers that narrowly, and the answer is fixed.

Anything that would be hard to undo waits for a person. Every time, however good it gets at everything else. What reaches that person is short enough to read in full.
It does not grant itself anything
What it is allowed to do is not something it can change. Capability does not get a vote on that. It is the first question to ask of any system like this.

Between the work people were hired for, the company itself has to be run. So it is run in the gaps. The end of the day. The train home. The hour before the thing that mattered. Every company recognises this. Few have ever counted it.
